	Bill Leep began his real estate career in 1999. He has numerous years of development experience, community involvement in planning commissions, City Council service (including Council President) for the historical City of Jacksonville, and was a long-time participant in the Southern Oregon Regional Problem Solving committee. Bill's involvement in these organizations keeps him connected to the market and allows him to give back to the community. Bill is currently co-developing Sequoia Village, an Upscale Townhome Community, and Paradise Ranch Resort in Grants Pass, Oregon. The resort will feature an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus/Nicklaus II co-designed Golf Course, Clubhouse, Spa, Pools, Tennis, and offer a host of regional activities. Most importantly, Bill's uncanny ability to not only think "outside the box" but under, over, around, and through the box, enables him to orchestrate savvy real estate deals that could easily be missed without his depth of knowledge and experience.
